This function in the system helps the sellers at auctions ended with bidding.
They will have the opportunity to make an offer to the second bidder if the winner refuses to finalize the deal.



The offer will be equal to the price introduced by the second ranked user.
Accepting the offer will generate a new auction in the system to verify the deal. In this case, there will be opportunity to create a discount waybill (for Bulgarian deals only) and to exchange rating comments on the new deal.


Similar to the above functionality, it is also possible to make an offer to the highest bidder in an ended auction with not reached reserve price.
The offer will be equal to the price introduced by the user during their participation in the auction. Again, accepting the offer will generate a new auction in the system to verify the deal.


Each offer is valid for 48 hours.
