Interesting large new type with Republic represented by Ceres in nice condition struck in Paris. For varieties lovers: there were two main groups of reverse that year. They easily distinguish by a privy mark to right of mint mark "A" on the reverse, it is either fasces or torch. This coin is from the group of fasces. Recently with help of this coin different reverse dies were discovered by the seller and the standard classification was developed.

This coin was struck by die Aa (f) with cornucopia far to right, under gap between "M" and "E".
