Interesting coin in beautiful condition depicting the shortest bridge over the Danube in the capital on the Obv. When the fascist troops of Germany left the city under liberating pressure from the Soviet army they blown up the first edition of the bridge. The quick restoration of it just in 3 years of practical design was finished in 1964 to be celebrated on this emission 3 years later. It represents the transitional type: the coin is of the communist design but the legends are not, KÖZTÁRSASÁG instead of communist NÉPKÖZTÁRSASÁG. The coin was issued during the inflation and decline of the territory after the country reached the space development.
