Antique Black Forest Wooden Wall Clock – c. 1800

Original South German / Black Forest wall clock with wooden movement

Hand-painted wooden case with original glass door and original alarm mechanism (separate alarm spring board present). Roman numeral dial with period iron hands. Chain-driven, time-only movement.

An honest, untouched piece with beautiful age patina. Alarm parts are often missing on these clocks, making this example especially desirable for collectors.

Condition: Original, unrestored, complete.

Period: circa 1780–1830
