Reverse: Stylised cockerel facing right, value "10 F" (Francs) above, date at bottom "1986 , mark "pentagon" "JIMENEZ" Joaquim Jiménez. State name "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE"

Note: Like the 10 Francs Schuman which had the same characteristics of diameter and weight, this coin was quickly withdrawn from circulation because of its possible confusion with the half-franc coins by the visually impaired.
