Louis XVI style decor, slightly scalloped shape where wrapped rushes run forming cartridges or a knot is positioned at the head from which garlands of laurel leaves extend.

Hallmark of master goldsmith Victor Boivin (a crescent with a star above and one below the initials) having created pieces of goldsmithing that are collectible and sought after by amateurs.
